Go to paths:

Mac : /Users/**username**/Library/Application Support/REAPER

Windows: C:\Users\**username**\AppData\Roaming\REAPER

Make backup of REAPER folder (like REAPER-copy)
Remove REAPER folder
Open Reaper
Go to Settings -> General -> Import Configuration -> Use downloaded zip file from gumroad (do not unzip) -> OK -> Remove Local Data -> Import 2025-11-02-ps-reaper-config.ReaperConfigZip (do not unzip!)
Done

Do not remove the REAPER folder if you want to keep your macros, SWS, etc..., and do not select Remove Local Data

(If you want to restore backup, just copy REAPER-copy folder to REAPER)
